Dining


The White Eagle House Bistro is open 7 days a week for lunch, between 12.00-2.00pm and dinner, between 6.00-8.00pm. We endeavour to ensure meals are of high standard and at very affordable prices. We encourage and welcome a broad cross-section of our community to use our Bistro. Also available daily is our table menu and Chef specials. We have also introduced traditional and popular Polish dishes such as pierogi (stuffed dumbling) and gołąbki (cabbage rolls).


From 5th January, 2016, our Bistro is managed by a new Bisto Team presenting our patrons with a brand new menu, which include some of your favourites from the previous menu. 


As readers can see from the information below, there is a wealth of experience in this Team. It, therefore, gives the PCA Management Committee great pleasure to introduce the our Bistro Team. They are:


John Bayliss:

John was the Head Chef at Mount Moriac Hotel and was in that position for 4 years


Previously, John was:

        • Caterer at Clifton Springs Golf Club for 4 years
        • Head Chef at the Peninsula Hotel for 5 years
        • Head Chef at Buckley's Entertainment Centre for 8 years


Martin Bayliss:

 Martin was the Chef and Owner of the Carlton Hotel. He was there for 11 years. The Hotel is being sold and demolished. A government building is planned for the site.

  • Previously, Martin was the Head Chef at the Lord of the Isles Hotel for 11 years
